Jaycee-ettes filled this 1954 Buick convertible for the Jaycees’ 1954 Labor Day parade, a favorite feature of Garland’s annual Jaycee Jubilee.   Parked at the north end of the Garland Shopping Center with Garland Bank & Trust behind them are Dottye Bateman, Helen Smith, Ann Curtis, Jeannine Hensley, Betty Mattax, Laverne Groves, Elaine Hightower, Sara Day and Sara Granger.
